About Oakwood Villas of Mason

Oakwood Villas broke ground in 2009 on 62 wooded acres along Tylersville Road in Mason, Ohio. The community was designed by Schumacher Homes around a central greenway preserving a 14-acre stand of native oak and hickory.

Build-out completed in 2014 with 182 single-family homes across three streets: Parkside Lane, Maple Creek Drive, and Oakwood Boulevard. Homes range from 2,200 to 3,800 square feet with attached two- or three-car garages.

Governance

Oakwood Villas is a non-profit Ohio HOA governed by an elected seven-member board. We hold quarterly public meetings and an annual homeowners meeting every September. Our CC&Rs, bylaws, and current rules are available in the Documents section.
