Tree Trimming — Oakwood Boulevard — Week of April 28

Heiberger Tree Service will be performing scheduled maintenance trimming along Oakwood Boulevard between April 28 and May 2. Expect some street parking restrictions during daytime hours. No trees on private lots are affected. This work is part of our 5year tree health plan adopted by the board in 2023. Please contact Rebecca Patel (Grounds) with any questions.
New Trash Pickup Schedule Effective May 1

Rumpke has notified us of a revised trash collection schedule for our community. Effective Monday, May 1, regular trash will be collected on Tuesdays (previously Wednesdays), and recycling will be collected on alternating Tuesdays. Please have bins curbside no later than 7:00 AM on collection day. Bins should be returned to your garage or side yard by the end of the day per our covenants (Section 4.3).
Q2 Board Meeting — Thursday, May 8 at 7:00 PM

Please join us for our quarterly board meeting on Thursday, May 8 at 7:00 PM in the Oakwood Clubhouse main room. Agenda items include: • Approval of the 2026 landscape contract renewal • Review of the updated pool rules • Progress update on the Parkside Lane repaving project • Treasurer's report through Q1 • Open comments from residents All homeowners are welcome to attend. If you'd like an item added to the agenda, please email the Secretary by Monday, May 5.
Q2 Assessment Notice — Due June 1

Quarterly assessments of $420 are due by Friday, June 1. You can pay online through the Resident Portal, by check mailed to the management office, or by ACH autodraft (recommended — no fee). A 10% late fee applies to payments received after June 10. Please contact our Treasurer, Mike Wagner, with any billing questions or to arrange a payment plan. Thank you for keeping our community financially healthy.
Pool Opens Saturday, May 23 — Memorial Day Weekend

The Oakwood Villas junior olympic pool opens for the 2026 season on Saturday, May 23 at 10:00 AM. Pool hours will be 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily through Labor Day weekend, with extended hours on Fridays and Saturdays until 10:00 PM. Resident passes are being mailed this week and must be presented to the pool attendant each visit. Guests are welcome, limited to 3 per household. A full schedule of swim lessons, aqua fitness classes, and the annual July 4 pool party is posted on the clubhouse bulletin board.
