Amenities & Facilities

Oakwood Villas residents enjoy access to a full suite of community amenities, all maintained with your quarterly assessments. Reservations for the clubhouse and pool parties are made through the Resident Portal.

Clubhouse

Our 3,200 sq ft clubhouse is the heart of the community. It hosts board meetings, holiday parties, fitness classes, and private resident events. Features include:

• Commercial catering kitchen with warming ovens
• Dining hall for up to 80 seated guests
• Lounge with gas fireplace
• HDMI projector, drop-down screen, and sound system
• Covered patio with grill

Reservation fee: $75 (resident events only). Security deposit: $250.

Pool

Our junior olympic pool (25 meters, 4-ft average depth) is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. The pool deck has 10 lounge chairs and a covered cabana.

• Daily hours: 10 AM – 9 PM (Sun–Thu); 10 AM – 10 PM (Fri–Sat)
• Guest limit: 3 per household
• Lifeguard on duty: Sat/Sun 12–8 PM and daily 1–6 PM in July
• Pool parties: Private 2-hour reservations available outside regular hours

Tennis Courts

Two hard-surface, lit tennis courts located east of the clubhouse. Open year-round, weather permitting.

• Courts lit until 10 PM
• 2-hour booking limit during peak hours (weekdays 5–8 PM)
• Resident key FOB required (contact the board to register)

Walking Trail

A 1.2-mile paved loop winds through the community's 14-acre preserved woodland. Dogs welcome on leash — please bag and carry out waste. Benches every 400 feet.
