President
Tom has served on the Oakwood Villas board for six years, the last three as President. A retired civil engineer, he leads our long-range planning and reserve study committees.

Vice President
Angela is an accountant and three-year board member. She chairs the Architectural Review Committee and liaisons with our landscaping vendor.

Treasurer
Mike oversees all HOA finances, prepares the annual budget, and works with the reserve study firm. He has lived at Oakwood Villas for 11 years.

David maintains official HOA records, distributes meeting minutes, and coordinates all board correspondence. Elected 2024.

Jennifer coordinates community outreach, the newsletter, and our neighborhood social calendar.
Rebecca Patel
Member at Large — Grounds & Amenities
Rebecca oversees pool, tennis court, clubhouse, and landscape contracts. Former Mason city council aide.
Kevin Fitzgerald
Member at Large — Covenants
Kevin handles covenant enforcement and mediates neighbor concerns. An attorney by training, he prioritizes clear communication over citations.
