Landscaping Refresh — Courtyard and North Lawn

Our landscaping crew will be refreshing the courtyard gardens and north lawn between April 28 and May 3. Expect increased foot traffic and some noise during business hours. The walking path on the north side may be partially closed on April 30. We appreciate your patience as we keep Oakridge looking its best.
New Visitor Parking Permit System

Effective June 1, all visitor vehicles must display a temporary parking permit. Residents can request up to three permits per month through the Residents Portal. Unpermitted vehicles parked in visitor spots for more than 4 hours will be subject to towing at the owner's expense. Permanent residents with assigned spots are not affected by this change.
Pool Opens May 15 — Maintenance Schedule

The community pool will open for the season on Saturday, May 15. Pool hours will be 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Please note that routine maintenance occurs Tuesdays from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM — the pool will be closed during this window. Residents must present their Oakridge pool pass at the gate. New passes are available at the management office.
