New Visitor Parking Permit System

Effective June 1, all visitor vehicles must display a temporary parking permit. Residents can request up to three permits per month through the Residents Portal. Unpermitted vehicles parked in visitor spots for more than 4 hours will be subject to towing at the owner's expense. Permanent residents with assigned spots are not affected by this change.
