Can I try Pro before paying?
Yes. Ask us for a 3-day Pro trial through the Contact page and we'll flip it on for your community manually.
How is billing handled?
Securely via Stripe. Your HOA is charged $29.99 per month and you can cancel any time from the billing portal. No hidden fees.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing — your data stays put. You simply drop back to the Starter feature set and can resubscribe whenever you're ready.
Do residents pay anything?
Never. Residents join their HOA's community for free. Only the HOA / property manager pays the Pro subscription, if they want those features.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All fees are non-refundable — we don't pro-rate partial months or refund for unused time. Cancel any time and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for. See our Terms of Service for details.
