Outdoor Movie Night — May 10
Join your neighbors for our first outdoor movie night of the season on Saturday, May 10 at dusk (approx. 8:15 PM). We'll be screening a familyfriendly film on the clubhouse lawn. Bring blankets, low chairs, and snacks. Popcorn and lemonade will be provided. Event is free for residents and immediate family.

Dock Inspection Scheduled for May 3
Our annual dock inspection is scheduled for Saturday, May 3. A certified marine contractor will assess all pilings, deck boards, and railings. The dock will be closed to residents from 9:00 AM until approximately 2:00 PM. Any necessary repairs will be scheduled separately and residents will be notified at least two weeks in advance.
